Cool appetizer with lettuce leafs, plum sauce, nuts, limes, chilli peppers, dried shrimp and a mystery vegetable that had the texture of an onion but was very spicy. All the items on the plate are wrapped inside the lettuce leaf and then popped inside one's mouth, resulting in an explosion of flavour.
