This great little house on East Pender was built in 1892/93 by English-born butcher Thomas W. Williams. Thomas and his wife Amelia lived in the house from 1893 to sometime just before 1905.
Note the amazing dogwood decorations on the front gable. These were covered up for decades and only rediscovered and restored recently by the current owners.
