As the cook, *blush*, I admit I cook with a recipe about 1/3rd of the time, and this fell into the, "Oh, let's see, what do I have?"-style of cooking, and I generally followed the recipe for chickpea curry and just added the fish at the end.
I can tell you a list of ingredients: onions, garlic, ginger, canned chickpeas, frozen green peas, tomatoes (fresh, diced), spinach, and the fish I used was basa filets (which came frozen that I thawed out), and then finished with a can of coconut milk (about half the can). And I "cheated" on the curry-ness - it's yellow curry paste.
